Do you provide installation and training?

Shipping cost depends on the trade term: under FOB we arrange delivery to the designated port; under CIF we cover freight and insurance to the destination port; under EXW you arrange pickup from our factory. We will confirm all logistics costs clearly in the quotation.

For non-standard test equipment, the minimum order quantity is 1 set. Each machine is built to order, so you can start with a single prototype line and expand later with the same design.

To quote accurately, please share: product type and dimensions, test items and relevant standards, required capacity or number of stations, working environment, power supply and voltage. The more detail you provide, the more precise the scheme and quotation will be.

All machines are packed in export-grade wooden cases with internal shock protection and moisture-proof treatment. The packing meets international shipping standards and protects the equipment through sea or air freight.

All measurement instruments used on our machines are calibrated by accredited laboratories, with calibration certificates included in the delivery package. We also recommend annual recalibration and can guide you through the procedure remotely.
