Can you handle export documents and customs clearance?

Yes. We design and build non-standard test equipment from scratch — machines are drawn, engineered and manufactured for your exact test items, parameters, standards and production line layout, not modified standard products. Send us your test requirements and we will reply with a technical scheme within 3 working days.

All machines are packed in export-grade wooden cases with internal shock protection and moisture-proof treatment. The packing meets international shipping standards and protects the equipment through sea or air freight.

We keep spare parts for all delivered models for at least 10 years after purchase, and guarantee lifetime technical support. Common wear parts (sensors, valves, relays) are kept in stock for express shipment.

We provide a 1-year whole-machine warranty. During the warranty period, non-human damage is repaired free of charge. The compressor of environmental chambers and other long-life parts follow the manufacturer warranty terms.

We accept T/T bank transfer, and for small amounts we also support Western Union and PayPal. For new customers, we generally require 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment; payment terms can be discussed for long-term partners.
